In any association, executives face tough conversations, often with members, but also with policy-makers, business partners and under-performing staff. This practical webinar with high-stakes communication expert Pete Burdon shows you the tools to handle these situations with confidence and clarity.

Pete draws on his background as a media trainer—where staying calm under pressure and delivering key messages is critical—and applies these skills to high-stakes workplace conversations.

The Webinar will cover how to:

·       Prepare quickly for challenging discussions

·       Deliver clear, effective messages

·       Control emotions and keep conversations productive

·       Read the other person and defuse tension

·       Open and close conversations with purpose

This is not just theory. The session is built around real-world scenarios for associations.
