Incorporated Societies Act - Complaints.  Are You Compliant?

Section 26 of The Act that says that your Constitution must contain procedures for resolving disputes.  Whilst it also sets out some guidelines on how to do so, it does not provide information on how a good complaint process should work.  In this session Trevor Slater will give an overview on best practice complaint handling and how it can provide benefits for both members and association and meet the requirements of The Act.
